How do I transfer my contacts from my android phone to my new iPhone

By adding the email account where your contacts are held to Settings, Contacts, Accounts.
If they are currently stored on the SIM then they need to be imported from the SIM in Settings, Contacts.
If they are currently stored on the phone they need to be exported to a file and imported to an email account of your choice.
