Apple Watch screen weirdly displays huge letters

Not sure if my watch is defective. All of a sudden letters and numbers on screen become so large. Cannot zoom out. Reboot fixes issue. This is a daily occurrence now. How do I fix this issue?

Make sure both the iPhone and the Watch have the most current operating system installed. We can understand why you’d reach out for a solution. Have you tried to unpair and re-pair the watch to the phone?
