decreasing battery health
before 2 weeks my battery health were 90% and now my battery is decreased upto 6% its 84%

Apple consider an iPhone's battery will require replacement if it cannot maintain, at least, an 80% charge after 500 full recharging cycles. Yours appears to be close to that ... at least to the capacity.
I suggest that you make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.
