Macbook Pro 2019 Issues...Anyone else?

My MacBook Pro has had continuous issues I got it last Sept. It is still under warranty. My battery has never lasted more than 2 hours. My screen has been flickering off and on with horizontal and vertical lines and it finally went black. I upgraded to Big Sur seeing if that would fix it but it didn't. I put it in safe mode and it completely crashed and will not boot. So I took it in to the Apple store and they said there was a small crack in the bottom right on the screen from the inside, not the outside. How is that possible? I literally never move the device from my office desk. It is in pristine condition! And how would that cause the device to crash and have limited battery power? I think it is a graphics card issue or the motherboard. Is it possible I got a "lemon"? I've never had issues with my Macs. I still have one from 2007 that still works! Anyone else with issues with a 2019 Macbook Pro, Retina Display, with touchbar?
