I recorded an outdoor run as an indoor run. How do i change it to an indoor run?

I just did a 5K and i recorded it as an indoor run. Can i change it to an outdoor run? I need it as an outdoor run for my conditioning tracking.

Edit Recorded Workout I went for a run and selected the wrong workout category (outdoor walk). Is there a way to change this to an outdoor run? As it’s recorded as a walk, it doesn’t show up in my running pace trends.

How can I add a sport that’s not listed? I’d like to record on the water rowing workouts but my only option seems to be the “rower” workout. That option does not capture distance or speed like a running workout would. Is there a way to ask Apple to add it as an option?

You have to delete the indoor run workout and enter a new one in the health app.
