Recently brought iPad Air 2020 model. Is it normal that charger brick heats up till the iPad reaches to 100% charge. Also there is a slight heating near the left bottom side of the iPad while continuous usage?

As long as nothing is too hot to touch, all of this is normal.
If the iPad is getting too hot and the power/charging adapter is getting too hot to touch, then you may have an issue.
