UNABLE TO VERIFY iOS 14.2.7 update

I can’t install the 14.7.2 update, it keeps on crashing. Telling me I am not connected to the internet. I am connected to my house wifi, i tried it on several other networks, I restarted my phone, formatted my phone, tried doing it over iTunes and nothing. It is messing up my battery. I have to charge my phone 2 to 3 times a day since this update downloaded.
