I have added a credit card and the email and password is correct but I can't sign in to the App Store

I haave inserted my credit card details and also the id email and password is correct but I can't access App Store

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.5

Hi,

Several things to try.

Follow the instructions here > If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
