We understand that you have questions about unsubscribing from a specific app. Looking over the screenshot you provided, it does appear the subscription has been cancelled and you have access to it until August 20, 2021. After this date, you would need to resubscribe to regain access. The reason you don't see a cancellation option is because it's already been cancelled.
