Since the Touch Bar is integrated into the Top Case, it's going to need a Top Case replacement. I would suggest contacting Apple support for pricing/turn around time on that. Granted, if it is just a small dent.. it may or may not be worth it to you.

If it isn't affecting anything, you could live with the dent. A repair is going to be expensive (likely a few hundred dollars). Just be sure to backup your computer.

it would probably be completed in store.

I had the keyboard service program repair made on mine and it took 4 days. It would have been longer in store for parts to arrive and for place in the queue.
