I would like to ask if I can have 2 email accounts for icloud?

There is only one actual account for each iCloud account, but you can add up to three extra addresses as 'email aliases', which deliver into the inbox alongside the main address. Please see https://support.apple.com/guide/icloud/mm6b1a490a/1.0/icloud/1.0
If you want a second completely separate account you can create a new Apple ID and with it a new iCloud account, and sign into that in System Preferences (or Settings as applicable)>Mail, Contacts & Calendars.
