Anyone else having trouble saving mobile tickets, via Paciolan, to their Apple Wallet ? The link is in an e-mail. When I click “add to Apple Wallet” I get an error message on both my iPhone and my iPad. It works on my MacBook.

I had the same problem. I tried downloading tickets from DuckDuckGo and only got code. Copy and pasted website to Safari and had no problem saving to my Apple Wallet.

Off hand it sounds like the site is not provisioned to work with iOS since it doesn’t work on your phone or iPad but does work on your MacBook. I don’t know if there is anyway to contact a support site but you may want to send a reply to them if possible.
It’s an iPhone XR with updated software. IPad mini is an updated 4. On the phone, when I click “add to wallet”, I get pages of code. On the iPad I get “Safari cannot download this file”

What is the error message that you get? If you are using an iPhone 6 with iOS 11, it may be too old to support the app.
