My Card - iOS 14.7.1

I am currently using an iPhone XS Max with iOS 14.7.1.

My person my card information wasn’t updating so I tried some other answers I found in the community, deleted my card, made sure other addresses were up to date, deleted contacts app and reinstalled, rebooted phone.

Now I just have a blank My Card and it still won’t update - it “glitches” after I start typing and deletes everything.

Any ideas? Thanks!
