Are any OS upgrades available for a late 2013 iMac? Currently running Sierra 10.12.6.

Yes a 2013 iMac can be upgraded up to macOS 10.15 Catalina.

Backup and upgrade to High Sierra 10.13 or Mojave 10.14 first and then decide if you want to go up to Catalina 10.15.

Warning Catalina 10.15 can not run older 32-bit Applications.
