To Cancel Spotify Subscription on Apple iTunes:
- Go to the Settings menu on your iPhone
- Tap iTunes and App Store
- Tap Apple ID
- Now, tap View Apple ID
- Go to Subscription
- Scroll and see if you could find Spotify Subscription
- Toggle off auto-renewal of your Spotify subscription
In case you are still unable to cancel, the chances are that you may be logged in to Spotify from any other account. It is best to check if that’s the case so that you can log out and try again from one account.
