Maximize compatibility option missing

How to enable Maximize compatibility option in Personal Hotspot?? It was not present after the family options

We understand that you’re not seeing the option to turn on Maximize Compatibility when using Personal Hotspot. We’d like to help.

Take a look at If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular). What model iPhone are you using the Personal Hotspot on? “If you're using an iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, or iPhone 12 Pro Max, turn on Maximize Compatibility. Then try connecting your devices again to your Personal Hotspot.” In your post is looks like you have “iPhone 11 Pro” noted which is not one of the models that uses this feature.
