Does the iPhone 11 have a way to lock the screen?
My iPhone 11 has a very touchy screen. Is there a way to lock the screen, so that touching it accidentally will not change what you are watching or listening to?

Briefly press the power button.
Oh, I overlooked the video part, and responded to the audio. Thanks!
I don’t know the answer to keeping video going, other than the obvious “avoid touching the screen.”

”Shuts off”? No, this does not happen.
There is a huge difference between the iPhone “shutting off” (powering down) compared to the screen going dark.
Thanks, folks, the quick click does the trick for audio play. I was hoping that there was a combination of button pressing which could keep a Youtube or Bookface video going if I grazed the screen with a finger. Thanks for your looking into this for me, I just gotta be careful and not hit the screen.
Hi, thanks for the response. But I can't seem to press the power button fast enough; each time the iPhone just shuts off. Pressing quickly or lightly doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?
I think they want to disable touch temporarily while their video continues to play.
Yep.
Unless the app itself contains some kind of setting, which would not really make sense since the only way to access any controls or close the video is through touch controls.
