2 factor authentication

In turning off 2 factor verification during the 2 week window:

1. what does it mean "all features that require 2 factor authentication will stop working"?

2. Will i be able to turn it back on if i change my mind

This feature is exasperating me and i dont want it but I want to use all features the ipad offers. Thats why i have one.

3. If turned off, where do I enter my security questions?
