How to add VAT number (& Company Details) to my iCloud billing details?

Hi there,

I want to pay for more apple services because of Covid and the home office, but I could not find a place to add my Company Details & VAT number to my account so that I could actually use the invoice.

Please advise.

I'm writing from Bulgaria, Europe.
