Email Address change notification
I have already changed my email address to j****@gmail.com but I keep getting emails saying that I need to change email address from Jdelianis-swin.edu.au on a weekly basis

We see that you're getting an email prompting you to change your email address, so we'd like to see how we can help with this.
For a better understanding of what's occurring, could you answer the following questions for us?
- Are you getting this email from an Apple official email address? If not, where is the email coming from?
- When you log in with your Apple ID information, are you using the new email address that you assigned or can you still use your old email address?
- When you log in with your Apple ID information, do you still see that the old email address is showing on your Apple ID anywhere?
Depending on where the email is being sent from, you may need to update the login information in regards to that service. For instance, if this is regarding use for the iTunes and App Store, then we'd need to confirm that the new Apple ID is updated and shown. If you see that your email address has been removed completely for all Apple services, then it may be best to look back at where the email is originating from.
