Help!

My phone was damaged… I can’t see the screen. I had a new phone mailed to me & to get it started up it’s asking for a verification code. I don’t have a way to receive the verification code, my phone is damaged & I have no other Apple technology. What can I do?

Usually you'll be able to verify your identity using your phone number if you have it added to your Apple ID. If your phone number is on your old SIM card, temporarily insert it into your new phone to get logged in.
