Stolen claim

Having trouble submitting a Apple claim That my phone was stolen. On find my iPhone it isn’t showing a device

Did you have "Find My" enabled on this iPhone before it was stolen? When you go to your iCloud account, did you make sure that you logged in with the same Apple ID that you used with this phone? (Sorry, I know that is obvious, but it could be overlooked.)


If this iPhone i not showing up in "Find My, go to Manage and use your Apple ID, and check to see if it is on your Device List. Is it?
