Activity Sharing Not Working

Hi! As of a couple days ago, I can no longer see my friends’ activity. They can still see mine though. When I look at the sharing page, I just see all their levels at zero. I’ve tried restarting both my phone and watch, unpairing and repairing the watch, and removing and adding friends (this option loaded their data at the point in which they accepted my request but then didn’t update throughout the day or show me any activity the following day). HELP! I’m out of ideas and getting frustrated.
