Unknown Request to Enter Keychain Passwrd

Dear Mac-xpert

I was prompted this after logged in to my MBP. I cannot decide if I should enter the password because I cannot verify the source of the request. Although the image shows it may be coming from Adobe but why are they asking for keychain password where I am using Adobe for more than 2 months. Anyway, image can lie too.

I rebooted the machine and this prompt did not appear.

Question: How can I check where is the source of such request and the legitimate of such request?
