Bluetooth connectivity issue with airpod and other bluetooth headphones

I have been an apple product user since the last 10-12 years now. I baught an Iphone Pro Max in November 2020 at an apptronix store , Gachibowli, Hyderabad . I have been having an issue with my apple iphone pro max's bluetooth connectivity with this phone only. My problems started after i updated the IOS of my phone to 14.0. Airpods keep disconnecting ever since the phone was updated , when in the middle of calls causing a lot of inconvenience to an extent that i started getting frustrated and agonized.
I approached apple service center "Conquer technologies, Madhapur a few months back hoping to get a fix for this agonizing issue.
They advised me to do the following
Reboot the iPhone ...
Toggle bluetooth off and on. ...
Perform the airplane mode trick. ...
Forget and reconnect the bluetooth device. ...
Try pairing with a different device. ...
Reset network settings. ...
Update software. ...
Reset to factory settings after backing up.
Use only one bluetooth device (Airpods in this case)
I tried all the above and these steps did'nt fix my issue, as blutooth connectivity continued to torment me.
I tried these very apple airpods on other phones at home and ipads, airpods work fine., they do'nt disconnect at all .
I tried other airpods on my phone, they disconnect too. The latest airpods of my wife is 2 months old, they disconnect too like my airpods when connected to my iphone, they work just fine on my wifes apple iphone 11 pro.
Same with my sons iphone 11 pro max and airpods , my airpods work fine on his and his arpods disconnect on mine when they work just fine on his iphone.
Same disconnecting issue happens when i connect bose soundsport headphones on my iphones too,
I approached apptronix service center , they ran hardware test, they said its fine...
But the agony has been continuing
I showed the phone to apptronix service center at bio diversity park gachibowli, they checked the diagnostic and said bluetooth hardware is alright.
Finally i approached apple customer care over the phone hoping to get a solution.
Please refer to the threads pertaining to my innumerous phone calls to apple Customer
They requested me repeat all the above steps again.
I did all of that .
I sent videos of the screen as advised by sr Apple complaints manager while troubles been happening on my phone too. Now your customer care team say, airpods dont work.

They do not want to own up responsibility to take the devices and checking at your factory, they made me do as if i am a hardware technician doing their job?
The agony continues for persisting with apple? is this what a customer has to go through after shelling out Rs 165000 on your devices???
Or are you waiting for some one to shout out to in the forum about the Lack of apple support?
Not expected from a company of the stature of apple.
Will some one plz solve my problem??? By the way i posted on my FB page a lot of mhy other friends have been having similar issues with the phone.., so what would you like to say to that Apple????
