iPhone Message "No Internet Connection"

August 16, 2021


I keep getting a message "No Internet Connection" when trying to use Facebook.


I've installed iPhone updates, restarted my router, deleted the Facebook app, and reinstalled it all without success.


Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We see that you are having trouble with connectivity. We will be glad to assist. Is the problem occurring while connected to both Wi-Fi and a cellular data? If you are using cellular data, tap Settings > Cellular, and then scroll down to Facebook and make sure it's switched on. If the problem occurs wile using both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, try a restart. Restart your iPhone

Unfortunately, it did not work. I checked settings and Facebook was checked. I toggled off and back on. I then turned the phone off for a while and turned it back on. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook - totally deleted the app. No luck. I switched WiFi off. I selected "Forget this network" and logged back on. Nothing is working.
