settings> apple ID> subscriptions>

you can cancel/edit your subscriptions from there. hope this helped :)

I tired to do it but for some reason it doesn’t give me the option to for this specific one.

You've already unsubscribed to Showtime. They won't charge you after the 1 month free trial.
