It is posible to customize the days in the competition feature for the Apple Watch ? Or compete in one workout with your friends ?

We understand that you want to customize the competitions. At this time, there’s no way to customize the competitions. When you start a competition with a friend, it starts the competition for the next seven days. If you’d like to see this feature added in the future, then we recommend that you send feedback about this here: Product Feedback - Apple.
