Help with reset!

I can hold my power button and it takes me to the on/off button but when I press and hold the Digital Crown button it doesn’t do anything and then goes back to the too many passcode attempts screen?! How do I fix this???

Too many passcode error I tried pressing and holding the side button then the crown. But just brings me back to to too many passcode attempts error. Won’t reset.

I followed the steps to reset with Digital Crown but it just goes black it does not say reset I forgot my passcode how do I bypass it I tied holding side button until power button came in the held Digital Crown but asking to reset did not pop up just black
