Beats SOLO 3 wireless headset warranty issue
My son purchased a BLACK Beats SOLO3 Wireless headset. Within the warranty period they developed an issue. He reported it and they were replaced. The problem is that they were replaced with a WHITE headset.
Fast forward to today, with FIVE replacements, admission by Apple care that they made a mistake, conformation that BLACK Beats SOLO 3 WIRELESS headsets do exist in replacement inventory, we just received yet another WHITE replacement.
How do I get a BLACK replacement Beats SOLO 3 Wireless headset?
