hey i have a question

My kid which is 4, does not know how to use a phone.. i let him play crossy road on my phone while we were waiting for his meet the teacher get together thing. He bought a bunch of characters off crossy road more then a month ago and i just noticed. is their anyway i can get a return? or money back please?

I cann't request a refund My kid stole my phone, made the purchase. We are a poor country, this purchase is enough to pay for two children's tuition for one school year. I have requested a refund. However, Apple did not allow that. How do I get this money back. Next is to pay school fees for the children, I don't want the kids not to go to school.

Refund Support 5 year old made purchases without consent. I did a reboot on my sons Ipad and didn't noticed I left the security response question off. He made around $1300 in purchases from Dec. 28- Jan 7th. I was able to get a little over $150, but there has to be away to get the rest. My son is extremely sorry, and till know he is not allowed to use the iPad. Is there anyone that can support me, or point me in the right direction. I know game producers have the ability to erase or recover the game at a earlier date. I just really need this money back to make a payment on my house and cover some other bills.
