My son has disabled his iPhone 11 and it has been two hours . What do I need to do and he does not remember his password .

iPhone 6 disabled My son has disabled his iPhone 6 by entering the wrong passcode to many times I took it to a phone shop they said will need Apple ID and password but only no the ID how would I recover or change his password tia
