Hello,
is it possible restore deleted photos after 30 days?
Or restore system with older data? Like a Passwords, apps, etc.

The only way that you can recover photos and data that old is if you have a backup that is that old or older that you can restore. When you restore a backup, you overwrite the current contents on your device.
