I did everything but not updating

I HAVE DONE EVERY PROCESS TO SOFTWARE UPDATE BUT IT IS NOT UPDATING

iPhone 6, iOS 12

If the device is running iOS 12.5.4, it can not be updated further.

If this is not the issue, post back with relevant information.
