Are they Phone#s or eMail addies they're going to?
Jumping in here, because I'm having the same issue. Lots of iMessages are all of a sudden bouncing back, and saying, "Not Delivered" in red.

Did you solve this or is the solved a mistake?
Are you able to send any to eMail based contacts?
Some but not all?
Do the ones that don't send have both Phone & eMail?
But none with just Phone#?
Some that have both email and phone numbers don’t send.
What I'm trying to determine if it the Phone# causing it , I don't know how it chooses when both are present.. on one that has both & doesn't send can you make a new contact with just their eMail & try sending that? Can you email those people also that can't send to?
Any chance you're being blocked, or passed some limit on your phone service?
