For the Apple TV app on your smart TV to recognize you and your subscriptions,

you have to sign in to the app, through the in-app Settings, with the Apple ID account that has the subscription.

Update the Vizio TV firmware, as a starting point. (If that Smart TV has firmware. Most do.). I don’t see an Apple TV app listed for that TV (the tech specs over there are… murky), though AirPlay 2 is listed, which would mean the iPhone could stream to the TV.
