ipad won't turn on
In the middle of using it fully charged the screen went black. Does nothing now. Won't turn on
iPad Pro 9.7-inch WiFi, Cellular

When did this start happening? And what troubleshooting steps have you tried? Did you try a force restart? Also what model of iPad do you currently have?
- This is one support article that I have for you: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201412 (If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won't turn on or has frozen) - "iPad models that don't have a Home button: press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Power button until the device restarts."
It seems that if you are able to charge your device to the fullest and now it won't turn on, it may require a hardware diagnosis and repair at an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider (Best Buy would be one of them). You can contact Apple Support to set up the appointment.
