Problems resulting from upgrade

My wife has a iPhone 12 mini. She installed recent update iOS 14.7.1after successful completion she can no longer open google, gmail, or Facebook.

She gets a message,

The developer if this app needs to up date it to work with this version of iOS.

Anyone experience this and know how to remedy?
