What if my iPhone is already up to date but it won’t let me continue to pair with my Apple Watch until it’s updated ?
my Apple Watch is a series 1 and my iPhone is a 11 pro max

watchos 5 and 6 require ios13 or higher
if your iphone is too old to support io13 or 14 then you can use it with the watch
