Ask Google:
No one here will know. This. is a user-to-user forums. Ask Google, as they are the developer of the software. Apple and Google are completely two separate companies. They need to agree of this interoperability upon themselves.

Do your Part: Let Apple know that you want this to be an option. Apple will not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive of this, the more they will know what their customers prefer, and what suit their customers' needs.
