If you have access to Microsoft 365 applications, then you don't need Pages, Numbers, or Keynote.
The Apple applications are for Mac users that do not want the added complexity, cost, or installation issues of Microsoft 365 Office applications. They may want Apple's applications for perceived simplicity, that they are free, and the ability to open or export occasional Microsoft document formats.
Keynote is not a Microsoft Powerpoint 365 clone, nor does Apple make templates based on what Microsoft supplies to Powerpoint 365. What you may be able to do is create a Powerpoint 365 slide with the particular Microsoft template, and then open that in Keynote, and then save that translation as a new Keynote template.
Any fonts used in Powerpoint 365 that are not physically installed on the Mac where Keynote can access them may be subject to text replacement. Images used in the Powerpoint 365 template will likely be internal to that application, and will likely not appear in the translation from Powerpoint 365 to Keynote.
