So I downloaded a song and the song won't play. Also, the computer asks me to authenticate the computer every time I try to play it, not sure why. When I put in my credentials it tells me that the computer was already authenticated- which it was when I downloaded it. Any ideas?

That is usually a sign that the downloaded song file got corrupted somehow. Delete it on hour computer and then redownload it. See the 'How to redownload music in iTunes on your PC' section in:
