My grandma forgot her password from Apple ID, how we can help her?

Have you tried entering the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary.

Tell her to check her web browser's autofill entries, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team.

Sounds like you’ve started account recovery. Do not use, download apps, or try to sign into the Apple ID while account recovery is processing or else it stops it and you have to start over again.
Account recovery is a two phase process once started. Phase 1 is the evaluation period, usually 24-48 hours but can be longer or shorter. This phase says Apple is evaluating your info and you’ll get an update after the posted time is over (people mistakenly think it means they’ll be able to reset the password immediately after this first phase.)
Once phase 1 is done it enters phase 2 where https://iforgot.apple.com/ will give you the final amount of days (can be weeks) you’ll wait. On that final day you’ll get a text/email, follow that text/email immediately.

We trying everything…we send few times the massage to apple support but they promised to call few times but still nothing
Yes we tried…but it says someone will contact with us but like I said before never get any help. So desperate.
