Iphone 12 Mail not refreshing

just bought the iPhone and pair it with yahoo mail.

Have called apple service in Greece and told me that this is happening since ios 11.

Any idea?

ios14 email not refreshing properly Hi - I am using the apple email app to connect to my virgin email account. Since ios14 the app does not refresh the email list in two ways. Firstly, when it says I have new mail, it does not show them in the inbox. When I close the app and re-open it or if I click the 'unread' icon I get to see them. Secondly, when I view the messages the blue dot clears in-message to show I have read them. When I return to the main inbox the messages now appear but have a blue 'unread' dot against them. On top of this, the service also seems very slow, both to refresh the list and to display message content. None of these issues pre-date the ios update. Can anyone help (just replying don't use Virgin will not help). Thanks

Same issue on brand new iPad Pro M2 w/ cellular I having this same issue on my brand new iPad Pro 11” M2 with cellular service. It specifically happens in Mail, Settings, and Safari. It is extremely aggravating and for the price of the device we shouldn’t be having these issues.
