Even when my new speakers are connected, I get no sound
I very much would like to have sound from my computer when I want it, music, comments...
iMac, OS X 10.11
I want to receive sound "input" when I needed, such as emanating from commentators on various articles, hear and play music from the sources i choose... My speakers are good looking, clean, but... no sound is coming out of them!
