My faceID no longer works and neither does portrait mode when I take a selfie. This problem started after I updated to the newest operating system. Is apple addressing this or sending people in for service to their phone?

I've posted those documents over a hundred times the past week. Of course nobody ever gets back and tell us what Apple actually said when they contacted them so I can't really answer that aspect of your question.
