Looks like some pen ink has faded under the rear window of my iPhone 12 Pro Max..!what is the situation?plz help me???

I would suggest that you get an appointment at an Apple Store for an evaluation. Someone needs to physically look at your phone in order to help you.

What do you mean by ‘rear window’? Can you post a screenshot of this?

No I just means back side effect right now

looks like pen ink under the back glass…
