I am trying to use my Apple care for my iPad that I have been paying monthly payments for but unfortunately it is stating that it cannot find my purchase information. Who do I need to contact to look up my apple care purchase for my iPad?

That depends on where you bought the iPad and the Applecare. If you did not buy it directly from Apple, it may not have been registered. Or have you looked for your purchase receipt?
