Battery replacement

If Apple replaced your battery, then return it to them to fix. If you had someone other than Apple replace the battery, then you do not have a genuine Apple battery and it will not read battery health.

Was the battery replaced with a genuine Apple battery?

Bring the device to the same place to have them to take care of it.
