iPhone 12 Silicone Case

Hi all does anyone know if the silicone case for the iPhone 12 is covered under a warranty. I have had the case just over 8 months and it has been completely destroyed just from bringing it in and out of my pocket so much so that the edges have snapped and it hardly holds the phone in the case anymore. After spending £50 on this case I find it disappointing that the quality is worse than one than one that I would spend £10-£15 on. TIA
